By placing an order with Dumpling Bar, you agree to the following terms:

1. Order Confirmation & Payment

• All orders will be confirmed via phone call.

• Payment is requested only after confirmation.

• Payments can be made via JazzCash or Meezan Bank.

2. Delivery

• We aim to deliver your order on time and in perfect condition.

• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and order size.

3. Refund Policy

• If you do not receive your order, you can fill out our refund form with a message explaining the issue.

• Once we confirm your claim, your payment will be refunded within 6 working days to your JazzCash or Meezan Bank account.

4. Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled before the confirmation call without any charges.

• Once payment is made, cancellations may not be possible unless approved by our support team.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

• Delays due to unavoidable circumstances such as weather or road closures
